Export of technical services – Toos AB project – Malawi

In this project, Tous Ab Company first announced its readiness to attract EPCF projects in the water sector in Africa and introduced its financier and made our group responsible for finding the project and subsequent negotiations. Subsequently, we introduced 5 projects in different African countries, as a result of which the Fofo Dam project in Malawi was selected. Negotiations began with the Malawi Investment Center, but ultimately, due to our being forced to be in Africa to present project documents, we had to receive the project master plan through consultation with the project consultant, which was a French company. Then negotiations began with the Malawi Ministry of Energy, and after 7 months of difficult negotiations with the Deputy Minister, Minister of Energy, and the President of Malawi, we were able to receive an invitation for the Tous Ab technical team to carry out the project.
