Foreign market development – Anton project – Dubai 1

In this project, in the first step, a business plan and an export plan were prepared to enter the UAE market, in the next step, local competitors and main international players were identified, and this work was extended to the retail level, meaning that the information about the representatives of Different brands and which seller cooperates with which brands were extracted, then we had a meeting with an Emirati investor to set up a production line in Dubai, and the conditions of cooperation and investment from the Emirati side and their interest in investing was announced if the conditions are met  and now we are currently working on providing the requested conditions
